The Company is a 50:50 partnership between Frances Norton and Susan Mackenzie. Susan has operated a Real Estate business in the Algarve for 25 years and the formation of a property management service seemed a natural progression. With Property sales occupying much of her time she was searching for a partner who would lead the business, with herself taking a "back seat" in the operation. When Frances and her husband decided to start investing in the Algarve in 2004 they chose Mackenzie as their Agent of choice and hence the relationship commenced. Norton & Mackenzie was formed in 2006 and has gone from strength to strength ever since with consistent annual growth. The Company is based in Vilamoura on the one way system, past the Casino etc., last but one office on the left and always endeavours to employ multilingual staff. Currently English, Portuguese, Russian, Bulgarian and German are supported.
